Features

Car type steering
Proportional left-right steering and forward-backward motion for exceptional maneuverability. Turning radius equal to the width of the robot.

Steering precision
Gestion par microcontrôleur, courbes d’accélération et de décélération compensées et pilotage asservi pour une précision optimale.

Steering precision
Neutral buoyancy and a rectified flow suction system ensure perfect adhesion to walls, even in a vertical position, and precise movement and positioning for seamless inspections.

HD camera with lighting
Low-latency HD camera equipped with lighting to track the robot’s movement in real time and inspect the controlled area.

Video recording
Ability to record the video stream onboard the control station for later review.

PA probe holder
Modular and adjustable PA probe holder designed to perform inspections without dead zones on various tank geometries. It can be moved to either side of the robot on a positioning rail and can be flipped to perform inspections on the left and right sides, providing flexibility and adaptability to different configurations.

Control station
Control station allowing control of the startup and power of the suction system, activation of the camera lighting, fast movement mode, and control mode. It offers two control configurations: fast movement mode and control mode.

Crossing capacity
Ability to overcome obstacles such as weld seams, concave and convex deformations of walls, thanks to an innovative system of flexible suction skirt, ensuring precise and reliable inspection even on uneven surfaces.

Hot swapping batteries
Enables battery replacement without interrupting inspections, allowing for continuous operation and workflow efficiency.

Grip and Mobility
Neutral buoyancy and straight-flow suction system ensure perfect adhesion to the walls, even in vertical position, and precise movement and positioning for flawless inspections.

PA probe holder
Modular and adaptable for conducting inspections without dead zones on most tank geometries. It can be moved from one side to the other of the robot on a positioning rail and flipped to perform inspections on the left and right, providing flexibility and adaptability to different configurations.

Hot swapping batteries
Allows for battery replacement without interrupting inspections and enables continuous operation.
The RICG is a precise and versatile tool that meets the needs of NDT inspections on submerged surfaces, even in challenging environments such as radioactive areas.
